Salary: £18,000 basic plus commision £25-£28k OTE (uncapped)

Hours: 37.5hrs - will include weekends (alternating Sundays)

We are a family owned and run motorcycle dealership with Benelli, CFMOTO, Keeway, Lexmoto, Mutt, Talaria and Torrot franchises. In addition, we have a healthy range of used motorcycles, clothing department and a 3 bay workshop. We’re proud to offer a cradle to grave service for any/all bikes and take pride in offering a premium service.

Where Are We?

We have recently relocated into a larger showroom at The Old Woodyard, Forest Road, Hanslope, Milton Keynes, MK197DE and are open Tues – Sun.


The Job:

  • The Bike Sanctuary is a family-owned motorcycle dealership based in Salcey Forest, MK19. Our site opens 6 days a week and retails new/used motorcycles, clothing, parts and accessories and carries out motorcycle servicing/repairs.

  • Our business has seen exponential growth over the past 3 years and now with a new venture we’re looking to continue this success. We have invested in a fully fitted container café that will be located on site and open to the public during the dealership open hours (which included weekends)

  • We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our sales team. You will be a biker with A2/full licence and passionate about the industry. Ideally you will have experience in retail or motorcycle sales, though training will be given. You will be responsible for facilitating the sale of new/used motorcycles, registration, cleaning, handover and more. 

This is a good opportunity for someone to get into the motorcycle industry in a growing business with a great working environment.

  1. Internal and external presentation:

    1. Demo line up presentation

    2. Building cleanliness (rubbish)

    3. Stock presentation/POS

    4. All customer area cleanliness

  2. New/Used Stock:

    1. Presentation of stock in showrooms/cleaning of stock bikes

    2. Preparation of stock for showroom/delivery

    3. Administration of stock packs, keys, service books

    4. Purchase/part ex valuations

  3. Online:

    1. Maintenance of online stock

    2. Presentation of the business online including social media

    3. Monitoring/responding to reviews, YouTube and social comments.

    4. Monitoring and responding to leads generated.

    5. Finance quotations/payouts

    6. Lead follow up/handover follow ups

  4. Events:

    1. Event attendance where required

  5. Sales:

    1. Ensuring that the highest levels of customer service have been provided

    2. Ensuring all customers have a follow up call

    3. Customer handovers

    4. Ensuring bikes are prepped to the highest standard before handover
