Part Exchange Agreement Terms & Conditions: The Bike Sanctuary values part exchanges for distances sales based on the information you provide. If the information you provide is misleading or inaccurate this can affect the final valuation on exchange. We reserve the right to cancel a contract of sale if we feel that the part exchange is not as described or if the condition of the bike has changed dramatically since the sale has been agreed. If a bike is inspected on collection or drop off and found to have serious mechanical or cosmetic issues that were not disclosed we reserve the right to cancel the contract within 10 days of sale. In the instance where a contract is cancelled all funds exchanged will be refunded in full within the 10 day period. If on collection all paperwork described is not present we reserve the right to charge for the application of documents such as V5 owners docs or to withhold funds until such point as the correct paperwork is described.
