PART TIME - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Location: Forest Road, Milton Keynes, MK197DE

Salary: £7.50 - £11.00 ph (paid monthly)

Hours: Weekends (Sat 08:30 - 17:00, Sun 10:00 - 16:00)

Occasional weekday holiday cover and events support.

 

Who Are We?

We are a family owned and run motorcycle dealership with Benelli, CFMOTO, Keeway, Lexmoto, Mutt, Talaria and Torrot franchises. In addition, we have a healthy range of used motorcycles, clothing department and a 3 bay workshop. We’re proud to offer a cradle to grave service for any/all bikes and take pride in offering a premium service.

Where Are We?

We have recently relocated into a larger showroom at The Old Woodyard, Forest Road, Hanslope, Milton Keynes, MK197DE and are open Tues – Sun.

The Job:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to support our sales/service staff predominantly at weekends. You will be responsible for the upkeep of our showroom, stock, workshop and won’t mind getting stuck in with any general tasks that arise.

You will be tasked with ensuring our customers are acknowledged, supporting the workshop by bringing customers bikes in on arrival, taking payments and generally looking after our customers. This is not a sales role, though you will be fully trained in our products, including clothing so that you can discuss with confidence until a sales/service team member is available.

You will be flexible and able to cover holidays in the week with notice.

​

The ideal candidate will have a motorcycle licence and full UK drivers licence.
