Who Are We?
Bike M'Eats Cafe is part of The Bike Sanctuary Ltd, a large independent motorcycle dealership based on the Northamptonshire/Bucks boarder. The cafe is due to open in March 2024 and we're looking for some bright new individuals to join our cafe team.

We're looking for full/part time team members who'll will report to the Cafe Manager. You'll have some experience in the kitchen, maybe in the catering industry, coffee shop or similar and be keen to learn. You'll look after our customers, take payments, clean, cook as you would expect for a small cafe business.

Where Are We?
We have recently relocated into a larger showroom at The Old Woodyard, Forest Road, Hanslope, Milton Keynes, MK197DE and are open Tues – Sun.
The Job:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe area
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Upsell menu items and promote specials

Skills:
- Culinary skills: Knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to follow recipes
- Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Restaurant experience: Familiarity with working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Kitchen skills: Ability to use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and efficiently
- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment
- Upselling: Skill in persuasively promoting additional products or menu items to customers
- Basic math skills: Proficiency in performing simple calculations for cash handling and inventory management

Hours:
This is a full/part-time position with flexible scheduling options but will include weekend. We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization.​

Part-time 08:30 – 17:00 Friday, Saturday, 10:00 – 16:00 Sundays. Potential for overtime available. Hourly pay.
